The Wheel of Sweets™ is more than a box of chocolates — it is a seasonal ritual, a calendar of taste and tradition, and a beloved gift shared at Yule, birthdays, or times of transition. Inspired by the eight sabbats of the pagan Wheel of the Year, this elegant confectionery honours the rhythm of the seasons with sweetness, symbolism, and quiet memory.
The Wheel of Sweets™ is housed in a beautifully crafted circular cardboard box, carefully divided into eight equal segments, each honouring one of the sabbats in the Wheel of the Year. The lid is crowned with a golden compass rose, encircled by a ring of delicate symbols representing Imbolc, Ostara, Beltane, Litha, Lammas, Mabon, Samhain, and Yule. Together, they form a silent celestial calendar that echoes the rhythm of the turning seasons.
Inside, each wedge-shaped chamber holds 8-10 rectangular chocolates, nestled in tissue and individually wrapped in coloured foil unique to that sabbat. The chocolates themselves are thoughtfully flavoured to evoke the mood, symbolism, and sensory spirit of each festival from bright citrus to warming spice, frost-cool mint to mellow nut and fruit blends.
Both practical and enchanting, the design invites the eater to journey through the year, one sweet season at a time.
Imbolc – Snowdrop Creams
White and lemon, soft and clean. For hope and beginnings yet unseen.
White chocolate with lemon-vanilla cream. Wrapped in silver foil.
Yule – Frostbite Fondants
Mint and pine in darkest shell. For coldest nights and hearthfire’s spell.
Dark chocolate with pine-mint fondant. Wrapped in deep blue foil.
Ostara – Eggling Crumbles
Crack the shell, the fizz begins. For blooming hearts and bright new whims.
Milk chocolate with fizzy sherbet fondant. Wrapped in lavender foil.
Beltane – Mayblossom Fudge
Sweet with fire and cherry red. For love that wakes and cheeks that spread.
Ruby chocolate with cherry-almond fudge. Wrapped in cherry blossom pink foil.
Litha – Sunburst Tablets
Golden heat in sugared square. For boundless joy and sun-drenched air.
Dark chocolate with golden honey and candied citrus. Wrapped in bright gold foil.
Lammas – Golden Grain Brittle
Crunch and snap with oat and spice. For harvest thanks and simple nice.
Milk chocolate with toasted oat brittle and nutmeg. Wrapped in rustic bronze foil.
Mabon – Hearthnuts
Chestnut brown and apple sweet. For stories shared and resting feet.
